Manage organization settings and monitor your plan usage.

Organization Settings

Organization Name

Update your organization name:

1. Go to Settings
2. Edit the organization name
3. Click Save

Plan Information

View your current plan details:

• Plan tier (Free, Pro, Premium, Enterprise)
• Plan limits and quotas
• Billing cycle information

Note: Enterprise plans are custom-tailored and require contacting sales. Enterprise customers get dedicated infrastructure with unlimited scaling.

Monitor your resource consumption:

Alerts

Configure usage alerts:

• Email when approaching limits (80%, 90%)
• Daily digest of usage statistics
• Real-time webhook notifications

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Upgrade Plan
3. Select desired tier
4. Complete payment

Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Exceeding Limits

When you exceed plan limits:

• Soft limits: Warning displayed, service continues
• Hard limits: Operations blocked until resolved
