Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive credit toward your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. For soft limits like bandwidth, we'll allow some overage and contact you to upgrade. For hard limits like device count, new devices won't be able to register until you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Zelta, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Pro plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You can also use the Free tier indefinitely for small projects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
